Ready for Winter

These new loves walked into my life only a few days ago, and I am so happy it did! =] As you can see these are the Simply Vera by Vera Wang boots. I purchased these a few days before returning back to school because I knew:
a. the weather was going to be extremely cold and windy!!
b. The dress boots I have would be getting worn out soon
AND
c. There is going to be snow EVERYWHERE and those boots meant I'm going to be falling on my butt everywhere I go.

not saying the boots were crap and I hate them or anything as a matter of fact they were really good boots and if you check out my blog or chictopia (i'll provide links below) you will see that they were really versatile and got me through most of the winter.
I really love the studs and diamond details on there and the diamond strap is detachable so if you feel like that is too much then you can just take it off then it looks like a very regular simple boot. :)
I got them in a size 9 because I like to wear thick socks with them to ensure my feet will be kept warm.

I bought these bad boys from Kohl's for half the price (originally $109.99). WHAT a bargain?!
